Tables are refreshed at month-end. A complaint is considered “resolved” when the Research Analyst has responded on substance and the investor has either accepted the response or has not pursued the matter further within 30 days. “Pending > 3 months” includes any complaint that is unresolved for more than 90 calendar days from receipt.
