Vision

To be the most transparent and accountable independent equity research practice in India — where every recommendation is documented, every conflict is disclosed, and every investor can verify our regulatory standing in under 60 seconds.

Mission

Publish institutional-quality research for Indian retail investors under full SEBI compliance — with a defined entry zone, two targets, a stop-loss, and a written rationale on every idea, governed by a documented manual pre-market process that prioritises risk management over outcome chasing.

Services Offered

  • Intraday research notes for NSE equities — published before market open on every trading day.
  • Swing and positional research (2–10 day holding period) on F&O-eligible NSE stocks.
  • Index options research — Nifty 50, Bank Nifty, FinNifty, MidcapNifty, Sensex.
  • Stock options research — defined-risk strategies on F&O-eligible single-stock options.
  • Long-form research reports (3 per month for Pro subscribers).
  • 1-on-1 advisory sessions (15 or 30 minute) and Flagship Mentorship — strictly under SEBI RA Regulations 2014.

Rights of Investors

  • 1

Receive research reports with full written rationale for every recommendation.

  • 2

Access SEBI registration details of the Research Analyst at any time.

  • 3

File a complaint with SEBI SCORES if services are unsatisfactory.

  • 4

Approach the ODR mechanism (SMART ODR) for online dispute resolution.

  • 5

Receive disclosure of any conflicts of interest in every research note.

  • 6

Not be pressured into subscribing to any service by the Research Analyst.

Investor Responsibilities — Do’s

  • Verify the Research Analyst’s registration on sebi.gov.in before subscribing.

  • Read every research note in full — including entry, target, stop-loss, rationale and risk disclaimer.

  • Size positions according to your own risk tolerance — a recommendation is not a sizing instruction.

  • Maintain your own records of trades taken and the basis for each.

  • Raise grievances first with the Research Analyst (30-day SLA), then SCORES, then SMART ODR.

  • Treat all research as general in nature — it is not personalised financial advice.

Investor Responsibilities — Don’ts

  • Do not act on recommendations forwarded second-hand on Telegram or WhatsApp groups — verify the source.

  • Do not assume past performance predicts future results.

  • Do not treat any recommendation as a guaranteed trade outcome.

  • Do not share login credentials or paid research with non-subscribers — the Research Analyst is not liable for downstream losses.

  • Do not pay any amount outside the documented subscription channels listed on /pricing.

  • Do not borrow capital to trade research recommendations.
