2. Personal Holdings in Covered Securities

For every research note published, the Research Analyst declares — in writing within the note itself — whether the analyst (or immediate relatives) holds any position in the specific security being covered. The default disclosure is that the Research Analyst does not hold any position in the security at the time of publishing the recommendation, unless explicitly stated otherwise. No trading is undertaken by the analyst or relatives in the 30 days before or after publishing research on any covered security.

3. Compensation from Companies Covered

The Research Analyst has not received any compensation — monetary or otherwise — from the issuer of any security covered, or from any associate of the issuer, in the preceding 12 months. 6. Market-Making Activity

The Research Analyst does not engage in any market-making activity for any security covered, nor for any other security on Indian exchanges.

7. Investment Banking / Underwriting Involvement

Neither the Research Analyst nor any associated entity has acted as a lead manager, co-manager, underwriter, or syndicate member for any public offering of securities of any company covered in research in the preceding 12 months.

8. Beneficial Ownership > 1%

Neither the Research Analyst nor immediate relatives hold beneficial ownership of more than 1% of the equity share capital of any covered company, as at the end of the month preceding the date of publication of the research note.
