Refund Policy

1. Cancellation & Refunds
On cancellation, future billing stops immediately and access continues to the end of the current paid period; no pro-rata cash refund is due because the full paid period is delivered. As goodwill, an auto-renewal charge disputed within 72 hours of debit will be refunded. Initial / first-time payments follow the same access-to-period-end rule.
In plain English:
- Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription. Future billing stops the moment you click — you are not charged for the next renewal cycle.
- Access continues to period-end. The research, dashboard, and any included delivery channels stay active until the end of your current paid period. The full period is delivered, so there is no pro-rata cash refund.
- 72-hour goodwill window on auto-renewals. If a renewal debit hits your account and you raise it with us inside 72 hours, the renewal charge is refunded as goodwill — no breakage fee, no questions.
- First-time payments follow the same rule: access is delivered to the end of the paid period; cancel any time during the period to stop future billing.
- Downgrades (Pro → Positional, Elite → Pro / Positional) take effect at the next renewal — you keep your current tier through the paid period.
This wording aligns with SEBI's proportionate-refund / no-breakage-fee guidance for Research Analysts: you pay for what you are about to receive, you stop paying when you say so, and there is no penalty for leaving.
2. How auto-renewal works
Paid subscriptions renew automatically through Cashfree at the end of each billing period unless you cancel from Settings → Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal and revokes the underlying payment mandate (UPI AutoPay or card e-mandate). You will never be charged for a period that begins after you cancel.
If an auto-renewal charge is debited that you did not intend — for example, you meant to cancel and the renewal fired before you got there — write to connect@withsahib.com within 72 hours of the debit and the renewal charge will be refunded as goodwill.
3. Evaluate Before Purchasing
Because payment is final, we encourage you to evaluate our work before purchasing:

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have had sufficient opportunity to evaluate the service and understand that the payment is non-refundable.
4. Technical Payment Errors
If your payment was processed but access was not granted due to a technical error on our end — for example, a double charge or a gateway failure — contact us at connect@withsahib.com within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference number. We will investigate and resolve confirmed technical errors promptly.
This provision applies solely to verifiable payment processing errors and does not constitute a general refund entitlement.
5. Regulatory Note
withSahib.com provides research services under SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations 2014. Subscription fees are the sole source of revenue from research services. The non-refundable nature of payments reflects the immediate delivery of research content — access to reports, signals, and analysis is granted from the moment of purchase.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection law where they cannot be excluded.
