Research, Not Tips
withSahib publishes research recommendations under SEBI RA registration INH000026266. These are structured research notes with rationale, entry zone, stop-loss, and targets — not guaranteed trading tips or personalised financial advice.
No Guaranteed Returns
Investments in securities markets are subject to market risk. Read all related documents carefully before investing. No recommendation on withSahib guarantees profit. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are one-time payments for a fixed access period (monthly or annual). There is no automatic renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period and expires automatically — there is nothing to cancel.
Refund & Cancellation
All payments are final and non-refundable once processed; no pro-rated refund is issued for unused access time. Subscribers may cancel auto-renewal anytime from the dashboard so no future payments are taken. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the technical-error window and full terms.
Fee Cap (SEBI RA Fee Regulation)
In line with SEBI’s fee guidelines for Research Analysts, the total fee charged to a single client (and their family, as defined by SEBI) across all withSahib services in a financial year will not exceed the maximum permissible cap notified by SEBI from time to time (currently ₹1,51,000 per family per annum, subject to SEBI revision). Subscribers who wish to combine multiple services beyond a single plan should confirm the aggregate annual fee with the Research Analyst at connect@withsahib.com before subscribing.
Payment
All payments are processed securely via Cashfree. withSahib does not store card details. Subscription fees are the sole source of research revenue — we do not accept commissions or referral fees.
Compliance with SEBI
All research is published in compliance with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 under registration INH000026266. Research is general in nature. Sahib Singh Hora is NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) certified.
Termination
The Research Analyst may terminate or suspend access to research where the subscriber has (a) breached these terms or the Terms of Service, (b) shared or resold paid research with non-subscribers, (c) used automated tools to scrape or redistribute research, or (d) engaged in conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Where access is terminated for breach, no refund of the current billing period is payable. Subscribers may discontinue using the service at any time; in such cases access remains active for the paid period and expires automatically thereafter.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms and the relationship between the subscriber and the Research Analyst are governed by the laws of India and the regulations issued by SEBI under the SEBI Act, 1992 and the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Any dispute that is not resolved through the grievance redressal process (including SCORES and SMART ODR) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
Disputes
For disputes, refer to the Grievance Redressal Process. Complaints can be escalated to SEBI SCORES and SMART ODR if unresolved internally within 30 days.
